Scale Calibrations
Factory Trained, State Certified Technicians come to your facility with extensively stocked service vehicles equipped to provide all the calibration services you require. NIST Traceable Mass Standards All mass standards used for calibration are certified and traceable to NIST. This ensures absolute accuracy in all our calibrations Digital Certificate Retrieval System (CRS) Koehler Scale utilizes a digital calibration certificate program to produce and archive all calibrations. All calibration certificates can be retrieved from the CRS server by the customer at all times so you will never be caught without your certs in an audit. Our certificates include As-Found and As-Left readings as well as what mass standards were used during the calibration Calibration Procedures Our technicians follow the guidelines and tolerances set forth in NIST Handbook 44. Per customer request different procedures can be followed. On-site Scale Calibrations & Validations Visits to your facility to inspect, test, calibrate and validate your weighing equipment. Service Center Equipment can also be shipped to our fully equipped service center for a calibration. Trained technicians provide a quick turnaround to get you back in service. Service & PM Agreements We offer programs designed to fit your particular requirements. At regular intervals we calibrate and perform any PM duties to all designated scales. We will contact you when you scales are due so there are no worries about calibrations becoming delinquent.
