A customer needed very old non-functioning scale controller replaced. The scale was responsible for dispensing a predetermined amount of flour into a hopper, selecting 1 of 2 silos to draw the flour from, and to dump the contents of the hopper into the mixer below once the hopper is full. The first controller worked as planned and 2 more were purchased to replace other old controllers. Helping our customers automate their processes is quickly becoming our specialty. From designing to sourcing parts, fabricating, wiring, testing, installing and calibrating we got you covered.
Here are pictures of the fabrication of some portable bench and drum scales we made for our customer. We made a custom tray to hold the battery and make it much easier to swap. The interface cable is ran through the columns to keep it clean and protected. Wheels were added to the drum scales so they can be wheeled around by hand. Very simple, very effective.
